Q: Do I need any website or business experience to join your program?
A: Nope. No Internet, website or business experience is required. The only thing we require is a willingness to learn and take immediate action on the material being shared.
Q: I have an offline business. Is this site for me?
A: Yes. Reaching new customers can be a duanting task but that's where the power of the Internet comes into play. Whether you're trying to reach a local, national or global audience, our teaching methods are for you.
Q: What's the difference between the Associate and Executive membership?
A: Associate memberships provide free lifetime access to basic contents of the members area. Executive memberships provide full access to business building articles, conference calls, training videos, success tools, private video blog and much more. Q: Do you build websites?
A: No. When it comes to running an online business, there's many benefits to knowing how to perform basic website development tasks which we cover in the members area. Alternatively, if learning how to build a website is not for you, we also teach the things you need to know in order to hire someone to build a website for you while getting a great quality website at a very inexpensive rate.
Q: I forgot my password. How do I recover it?
A: Not a problem. It happens to the best of us. To recover your password, visit the Login page, enter your email address and we'll email you your password.
Q: Can I upgrade my account?
A: Yes. Associate members can upgrade to an Executive account at any time. Simply visit the "My Dashboard" area of your account and you'll see your options.
Q: How do I cancel my account?
A: Visit the "My Dashboard" area of your account and click on "Cancel Membership". From there you can submit a request and our support team will take care of it for you.
Q: How does your refund policy work?
A: We personally guarantee, that if you sign up for a paid membership program and are not happy for any reason with the current month's content, you will receive a full refund for the month. Simply cancel from within your account requesting a refund and we'll refund your money in full for the month with absolutely no questions asked. In addition, we offer a no questions asked 60 day money back guarantee on all our products (non-membership programs).
Q: Do you provide phone support?
A: We provide unlimited support via email, but we do not provide support over the phone. We do our best to respond to every email within just a few hours of receiving it. We also make sure one of the company owners or a knowledgeable Pinnacle Start employee answers the email. We do not outsource our support overseas or employ unqualified support staff.
Q: Are there signup fees, cancellation fees or any hidden fees we should know about?
A: Absolutely not. We think one-time extra fees aren’t the right way to do business. We don’t charge signup fees, cancellation fees, or any additional fees. The price you pay is simply the fixed monthly fee based on the program you've chosen.
